I was a little disappointed about miscommunication happened thru the process. But Imran goes above and beyond to make things work out afterwards. Outstanding and prompt service May 14, 2022 Reviewer: MG from Seattle, WA United States   Ordered a "medium-sized" sheep for Ethiopian Easter celebration for my family in AA.  It was my first time using this service but other family members had used Bole Gifts previously and were quite happy with the service.  I was, too, but even more so with the customer service.  I had accidentally selected the wrong delivery date on my order but I sent an email to BG requesting to adjust the date.  I got a response within a few hours saying that they would take care of it.  And it was delivered as promised on the requested date.  I would certainly use BG again when the occasion arises!
